In October 2002, the Pentecostal Evangel published its first annual Kids Edition. Aimed at 5- to 12-year-old readers, the issue quickly became popular. A spring Kids Edition debuted in May 2010. Due to the content and spiritual themes of the Kids Edition, the two perennial issues remain timeless.
