A Nigerian reader was randomly selected as the winner of the Nov. 20 Weekly Drawing on the Today’s Pentecostal Evangel Web site, www.tpe.ag.org. Veronica Izuchi of Umoko Village in Nigeria’s Abia State won a copy of Theology in a Nutshell, the latest book by Evangel Editor Ken Horn. She became the fourth international winner since the Weekly Drawing was introduced in early 2006.
Other non-American winners have represented Canada, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom. During its run, the Weekly Drawing has selected prize recipients from 39 states. Missouri and Arkansas have produced the most winners with 13 and 11, respectively.
The contest has drawn thousands of entries from all 50 United States, the U.S. territories of Guam and the Virgin Islands, eight Canadian provinces, and 30 nations around the world. Among the countries represented are Australia, Brazil, Czech Republic, Fiji, Finland, France, Ghana, Ireland, Italy, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Tanzania, and Venezuela.
Currently, the drawing is offering a six-month TPE print subscription or a copy of Theology in a Nutshell as the weekly prize on an alternating basis. To learn about this week’s award and enter the contest, visit www.tpe.ag.org and click on the Weekly Drawing button.
